Refund policy
BaristaPractice is free to use during early access, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund today. This page explains how refunds would work if we add paid features later, and your rights under EU and Dutch consumer law. BaristaPractice is operated by VP0; you can always reach us at support@vp0.com.
Right now, there is nothing to pay
The free quiz, flashcards, and early-access updates cost nothing. We do not ask for a card and we take no payment. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly before you buy anything, and the sections below will apply.
Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
If we introduce a paid plan, then as a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of a digital service, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day of purchase. To use it, email us at support@vp0.com from the address on your account, and we will refund you in full.
Digital content you start using right away
If you ask to start using paid digital content or a subscription immediately, and you confirm that doing so means you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once we begin, then the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as Dutch and EU law allow. We would make this clear at the point of purchase.
Purchases through the Apple App Store
If you ever buy a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing and refunds under its own policy. You would request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help you find the right reference, just email support@vp0.com.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Any future subscription would renew automatically until you cancel. You could cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal ever caught you by surprise, email support@vp0.com within a reasonable time and we will try to make it right.
How to reach us
For anything about a payment or a refund, email support@vp0.com and we will reply within two business days.
